A challenging, one hour yoga class that focuses on building strength and flexibilty.
Wednesday
5:30 a..m. - 6:30 a.m.
$50 per 5 Week session.
 
Yoga for Parents and Kids
A fun, one hour yoga class that focuses on learning basic poses and stretching while enjoying your kids.
Tuesday
4:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.
$60 per 4 week session.  Price includes the kiddos.
